Payment is to be made to digitaldesignsbydelane@gmail.com, I do not take personal checks or money orders. Once I receive your order form I will send you an invoice through paypal. Payment is due in full and expected within 7 days of the invoice. Once your payment is received, I will place you in the queue.

Refunds
Due to the nature of the work we perform, refunds are not issued. If you request a refund before any work has begun on your blog, we will refund your payment subtracting any kits that have been purchased and any paypal fees.

Queue
The queue is designed to allow our clients to stay informed of their place in our design line up. The queue is based on a 'first come, first served' philosophy determined by when we receive your payment.

Order Form and Revisions
All clients must fill out an order form. The answers you provide us, help guide us in your design. Please fill this out completely and carefully. All designs require revisions, and we expect this and enjoy working with you to get your blog 'just right'. However, if revisions are determined to be excessive you will be charged the hourly rate ($35 per hour) for further revisions. Once the blog design is approved and installed, it is considered COMPLETE. Any additional requests at this point, will be billed at the hourly rate.

Photography
Digital Designs expects that the client will obtain any applicable permission for displaying photographs on blogs. We are in no way responsible for the photographs you provide us. Please do not provide photographs to us that you have not received permission to use or display.

Communication
When your design is being worked on it requires a lot of back and forth emails. Please let us know if you are going to be unavailable at any time for this type of communication and we will schedule accordingly.

Portfolio Use
A picture of the header will be displayed on our website, along with a link back to your blog for our portfolio. If you would prefer not to have your header linked, please inform us.

Browsers and Monitors
We test each and every blog in Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari. We cannot account for any inconsistencies that may occur using older versions of these browsers.
We also design our blogs to be viewed on widescreen monitors, they will display differently on regular format monitors. This means that some the of the 'edges' will not be as visible on a non-wide screen monitor.

Copyright
The intellectual property and copyrights of your blog design are retained by Digital Designs, and all pieces of the blog's design must remain intact. At anytime if you choose to replace elements of the design please be aware that these terms require that you completely remove the template and choose a brand new template.
Clients may not alter, change, sell, share, or copy any part of the template, layout or design elements in whole or in part. The client is granted a license to display the work, but the client doesn't own the design. Clients may not copy the template, code or elements and transfer them to another blog, website or online format of any kind.
Upon installation, the client agrees not to edit, alter, or share our designs and templates (including the HTML) with anyone for any reason or claim them as your own. Using our designs and templates (including HTML) in a manipulated form or in their entirety to produce a profit in anyway is not permitted.
Clients may not keep the template and allow another designer to design over the template and layout.

Credit
A button announcing the client's blog was designed by Digital Designs will be placed in the sidebars. Clients may relocate it within the sidebars, but may not remove it.

Widgets and Linkys
